| Have you ever felt inspired to teach yoga or to deepen your personal practice? We offer two ABSOLUTE Yoga Education Programs to meet your needs. | ||||||||

| Our Program Includes: | ||||||||
| — Sequential interrelated program (see sample below). | ||||||||
| — Asanas are categorized by spinal movements allowing students to group common features. | ||||||||
| — 3-D Anatomy for 3D people. The accessible and practical Anatomy Trains of Thomas Myers + Leslie Kaminoff theory of “shape changes” is applied to asana, body reading and common misalignments. | ||||||||
| — Apprenticeship program is included with all teacher programs | ||||||||
| — Student group limited to less than 12 assuring individual attention. | ||||||||
| — ABSOLUTE Yoga Teaching Certification programs meet and / or exceed the guidelines advised by the national Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT). | ||||||||
