Continuing to bring authenticity to my teaching and practice I annually study with some of the best senior teacher of Yoga, Eastern Healing Arts,Psychology and Philosophy.

Staff
All of our Yoga Teachers have completed either our 200 or 500 Hour ABSOLUTE Yoga Teacher Certification Program as Registered with the national Yoga Alliance. Our program is listed with the national Yoga Alliance and meets or exceeds all requirements.
